Setting the Right Expectations – Enthusiasm and Teamwork

Being a woman who loves new challenges in life, I am proud to be a member of a team which is all about Making A Difference. We all have ups and downs of our lives. And we all need to explore all our options and find the one that works best for us. It is important that we stand tall and can proudly say, “I am physically cleared and mentally prepared of handling the upcoming high and lows. It is important to have a clear focus to make that mind and body connection importance for our individual and company success.”

Additionally, we have to make sure we are mentally solid when it comes to enduring this slow process of teamwork. We as individuals need to be prepared to try our very best to do all the Tx plan training and prep it takes to build the teamwork and accept the fact that we may still lose in the end. The truth is, we need to be extra careful in setting up our expectations: If we were setting out to “sweep the challenge of running a successful practice / business and making every patient that walks through the door happy”, our motives are incorrect and we should just stop right now. As we need to understand that is not in our control.

The team strength, comes from the boss, as boss is the person everyone always looks up to as his Passion and enthusiasm along with his love & appreciation towards the team and his energy level to teach should be exemplary and beyond what words can describe.

Each team player has to promise to themselves and to their team mates that they will try to do their best and do it for the right reasons. What is important is that every team member needs to learn to enjoy the process of learning and training ourselves slowly over time. We all need to develop a passion for learning. If we do, we will never cease to grow stronger and better.

The boss’s Enthusiasm and energy is the most powerful engines of team success. Our boss, Dr Joseph Fertucci, is the best example. When he does a thing, he does it with all his might. He puts his whole soul into it. He stamps it with his personality. It is he who inspires us to be are active, be energetic, be faithful, and just following his lead we know we all will accomplish our goals.

In all honestly, we all need to realize that nothing great has ever been achieved without enthusiasm. Passion is energy. We need to feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites us.

All I am saying is don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
